An accountant prepares each run and an admin approves it. Paystack pays every person’s bank account. Flowvent never holds the money.

Each person’s salary and bank account is recorded once, and the account is checked through Paystack.
A run pulls everyone’s salary in. Any amount can be adjusted for that run only.
Nothing is paid until an admin approves, which locks the amounts.
Paystack’s transfer fees are shown separately, before you pay.
Every payment is tracked on its own. One failed transfer never holds up the rest, and it can be retried.

Payslips

Each person gets a simple payslip history on their own phone, and a notice when their pay lands.

Staff notes

A running log of short, dated notes about each person. Only HR and admins can read it. The person never sees it.

Give HR access to specific people. Org admins always have it.
Freeform notes, with no scoring and no rating scales.
A note cannot be edited. It can only be archived, and the original text stays on record.
Kept completely apart from the check-in review queue.
